Here we go!

"Should I be nervous? Man I am so darn nervous. I need a drink."

The scene opens up in upstate NY at a small pup called Ravenspells. It's a Irish pup run by a fiery red head who has a short tempter. Nascar Billy is sitting on a bar stool as a women does his hair and make up for today's little interview. Billy is tapping his foot like mad on the foot rest of the stool. Nanook, his mentor and manager is pacing back and forth checking his phone.

"You don't need a drink. Just remember what Cyril and Raven taught you."

Billy nods. "Doing this in the mirror is one thing. Man this is crazy. Why can't I have a little shine? Something to take the edge off."

"This is your first appearance for CanX! You will be introducing yourself to everyone in the company, there is no way you're going to do this drunk!"

"Man I didn't say I wanted to drink the whole jar, just a little something something."

Nanook stops and looks at his newest guy. Make up and hair is done and the women pats Billy on the shoulder and says "You're done sweetie." before packing up. "You'll be fine Billy. I have faith in you. You have spent over a year working hard to get to this point."

Billy stands up and wants to itch his nose real bad but he was warned about a thousand times to not touch his face when make up is done so he sticks his hands in his pocket.

"I have a buddy who is going to help you cut this promo. He is a pro. He won't make you look bad."

"Why can't I just wrestle? Why do I have to do this promo stuff?"

Nanook chuckles. "Part of the gig kid. You have to sell yourself to the fans, get them to like you, or hate you more. You want them to believe in you, believe that you're a winner and a fighter. You need to sell the match, give them a reason to watch your match. You want them to make noise. This is one way that they will get to know you. Just relax. You'll be alright."

"So who is going to interview me?"

"A guy who owed me a favor. I couldn't get Nick Cortez today so I had to pull a few favors. I got the best of the best."

"You got Mean Gene? Man that would be awesome! Me and Mean Gene! Can I call him brother?"

"Huh...no. I didn't get Mean Gene. I got Barry."

"Who?"

"Barry.....Barry Burton?"

"Is he related to Jeff Burton?"

"I don't think so."

"That sucks."



Nascar Billy is standing next to a rather larger man in a black suit. He is as round as he is tall and just about bald. He is Barry Burton, roaming interview to the stars. They are standing in front of a CanX backdrop. Nascar Billy is wearing his wrangler jeans, black wife beater and a brand new Kyle Bush #18 M&M's hat.

BB "Hello wrestling fans! I am Barry Burton filling in for Nick Cortez from Canadian X Pro wrestling and I am here with a kid who is making his pro debut in the ring this week as he teams up with Cid White to face Hoshi and Kira. He is Nascar Billy and Billy you have to be excited about making your debut this week!"

NB "Ah thanks you Barry. I am excited but boy I have to tell ya, I am nervous as hell! This will be my first match, ever and man even though I have spent almost a year in England training and learnin' and they tell me that I am ready to whoop some butt, I dunno, I'm havin' second thoughts."

BB "I think we all have been there Billy. Even the greats in this sport have to start somewhere. How about you tell us a little about your self Billy before we discuss your match."

NB "Well Barry mama kicked me out of the house you know, so I was livin' with my uncle on his farm milking cows and shit when I was watchin' the race and JR....."

BB "JR?"

NB "Dale JR! Only the best driver these days! Anyways he got spun out and I lost my temper and I shot the TV. Uncle Ned told me that I had to buy a new TV and that I had to get a job. I got a temp job at the fair and on break I went to go watch some wrestlin' when some big old son of a bitch was picking on me about my Ricky Rudd hat and he said if I had a problem with it to go on and get in the ring. No one makes fun of Ricky Rudd so I got in the ring. Next I know he put me on a plane and sent to England where I worked out for the next couple of months with Mad Cyril and Raven Sinclair. That big old son of a bitch then got me a job here in CanX. As soon as I get that check I am buying my uncle the biggest TV I can buy you know!" Billy than laughs.

BB "Wow. Well I know who Mad Cyril is and I know Raven Sinclair fairly well but many in CanX might not knows these names. Can you tell us a little about your training?"

NB "Man. We did a lot of stuff you know. It was something you know. They showed me so much stuff, I just hope I remember it all. This is pretty crazy. A little over a year ago I was livin' in a tent in mama's back yard you know!" and again Billy laughs.

BB "Okay Billy I don't want to over whelm you here but you are doing a good job right now. I think the fans of CanX are getting a nice feel about who you are. Now this week you are facing two sisters that I know a lot about. Hoshi and Kira Yakamoto have been around for a long time and they are seasoned vets inside the ring. What are you feelings about this match and teaming up with Cid White?"

NB "Ah man I don't know. Mama raised me to never hit a women and here I am in my first match ever against 2 women. I don't know" (Laughs) "What I'm going to do cuz I don't want to hit em', but as Nanook said it's part of the job. He also said that neither Hoshi or Kira are real women so hitting them shouldn't be that hard to do but I've got to tell ya, I would like to be a hippie right now. Make love not war with the Yakamoto sisters you know!" And again, Billy laughs.

BB "Well Nanook does have a history with the sisters. Ask him about his over board match against Kira some day."

(Off camera) Nanook "FUCK THAT BITCH!"

Billy laughs and looks nervous as hell standing next to Barry.

BB "What about your partner Cid?"

NB "Oh man. I don't know who Cid is, but man I'm tellin' you right now. I'm going to try my hardest to win this match. I don't want to start out 0-1 you know. My Grand daddy always favored the old White tractor trailers and I don't know if Cid come from that White family or not, but Grand Daddy always said of his truck, Son, you can always trust a White because they will work hard and never let you done. So Cid, I'm going to work hard and hopefully not let you down!"

BB "Alright Billy. Thank you for the time and folks you can see this gentlemen right here make his pro debut this week in Can X as he takes on The Yakamoto sisters in tag team action!"

NB "Alright. Thanks."
