The Scene fades in and we find ourselves at an interview booth located within the Medicine Hat Arena. Cid White can be found leaning on the wall in a pair of black jeans and an “I AM Canadian” T-Shirt over his muscular body. He stares toward the camera with a smug look on his face. His arms are crossed as he takes a deep breath.
”Well what do you know. I’m in the Main Event. My second professional matchup and I am being highlighted in the biggest match of the night! I guess I owe Chris Madison a thank you for that. If Madison hadn’t have chosen me I may be seen as irrelevant. I am sure that everyone in the back believes that I am not cut out for this tournament. Probably thinking I’m not worthy of what the grand prize of this son of a bitch is. I assure you all… I am still in this game and when we move on to next week’s round I will be standing among the three others who will have made it thus far. “
Cid pushes off of the wall and steps toward the camera.
”Chris Madison made a big mistake in thinking that I will allow him to take me down and out two times in a row. I have too much pride for that. I will simply not let that situation happen. Last week was a proverbial cluster f*ck and everybody’s brains were still spinning after crashing through that barricade. Aren’t those there to STOP people from going forward? Anyways… You caught me in a situation that I wasn’t prepared for and you capitalized. You did what any legitimate wrestler would do. On Monday, Chris, the tables will be turned and I will have you reeling on the defensive. I am a very big man, Chris, and I will make sure you stay put in that corner while I bitch slap the hell out of you. I will humiliate you, Madman. I will expose you for what you truly are; An arrogant… Delusional… Pitiful persona of a man who believes he deserves to be at the top of the food chain. And that just goes to show that you have no right being up there. We are all hungry, Chris. You act as if you are better than the rest when in reality you are no more than just another Indy wrestler. I’ll take the Canadian X Heavyweight Championship and wear it with the pride that Canadians carry with us at any given time. Chris… I will be your downfall.”
Cid puts his hands in his pockets and bends down so to make it seem as if he is eye to eye with the viewer.
” I’m not looking for revenge here, Madman. I am looking to stop a favorite to winning this tournament from achieving his goal. It will be a very intimate situation when your head crashes hard into that mat as you come face to face with the incredible devastation of The White Out. The equivalent of the intense White Outs Canada receives during the winter months. Many lives are taken with those unspoken moments.
The White out signifies some of the scariest times in a Canadian’s life. Chris Madison…. You will feel fear after you take me on in the ring. When everything is said and don’t I will be the man with his arm raised high in the sky. You will never want to step foot back in my ring again. I promise you that, Chris.”
Cid pulls his hands out of his pockets and walks up to the camera. He stares at it intensely.
”I hope you bring your all, Chris, because I am bringing the intensity that Canada can bring to the table. I’ll see you in that ring.
The scene fades to black as Cid White stands up straight, smirks and walks out of the camera’s view.
