Following up from the Twitter release from Angelo Valour regarding the Canadian X Legacy Championship and the BC Legacy Tour, The Board of Directors will reiterate what was said.
First off regarding the Legacy championship, the rules are somewhat unique but tailored so as to accommodate the legacy of any style of wrestler. Inside the ring is treated like any other match up. Regular rules apply and we hope to see great wrestling between those ropes. Beware of submissions, though, as each competitor is only allowed 3 ropebreaks before the ropes are thrown out the window! (ooc think ROH Pure Title rules) Outside of that ring is a completely different story. As soon as you exit the ring are no rules. take a chair for example. If you hit your opponent in the head with one outside of the ring you will NOT be disqualified!
Moving on we will be touring British Columbia for the next two months in a showcase of the Canadian X Legacy Championship. You will see many Legacy Contender Matches and those winners will move on to challenge for the Legacy Championship on numerous occasions. (approx. 4 title defenses) It has become the norm in Canadian X where competing at the Legacy Championship may very well be defending in singles, triple threats and possibly even four way bouts, so whoever the Champ may be will need to work their ass off to hold on.
This gauntlet has a huge perk at the end because whichever man or woman that is holding the Legacy title by the end of the tour will have a one time chance. That Champion can give up his/her Legacy title to earn a shot at the Reigning Canadian X Heavyweight Champion at the end of the tour!!!
Best of luck to everybody. Surely bring your "A" Game.
