The guitar solo of "Viking Death March" by Billy Talent begins to play as the lights fade to black. The video screens are taken over by a familiar white snowy picture. The drums join into the song as a white strobe light effect illuminates the entrance area.
Chris Madison walks through the entrance area with his head down. He stops walking as he makes it to the foot of the entrance ramp as the lights come back on. He shrugs his shoulders and then throws a few shadow jabs and uppercuts. He stops and tilts his head back, outstretching his arms horizontally with his palms up in the air.

He marches down to the ring banging his head to the music and arrogantly ignores all of the fans attempts to put a hand on the Madman. He hops onto the apron and climbs to the second rope in the nearest corner.
