We are just a few days away from the New Years and things are already red hot. ROYALTY, Canadian X's next iPPV due to air on January 5th looks to be the BIGGEST show we have had to date. All that can be said is that each and every match have a certain level of ferocity to it.
Starting things off we will see the two "baddest" women on the Canadian X roster go one on one. With Autumn Raven as the number one contender to Drew Stevenson's Legacy Championship there is a good amount of pressure on this woman's shoulder. Does Nikki X have what it takes to take the proverbial Queen bitch out? And if so could this sway the Board of Directors to give Nikki X a shot at the Legacy title? If Raven has anything to do with it, hell no.
At C3, Drew Stevenson made a huge upset over his Legacy Championship match. With the help of his two Joker brother Drew stole the Canadian X Legacy Championship from around John Pariah's waist. The First Family may have dispersed the ever invasive team, but what remains is the Pariah is now a FORMER Legacy Champion. The Board took a moment to speak about this and came up with a great idea, a great way for John Pariah to attempt to exact his revenge on The Joker's Wild and possibly stop them in their tracks. Pariah is set to take on the NEW Canadian Xtreme Champion. Or should I say Canadian Xtreme Submission Champion? speaking of that. BoD Mark Hamilton was the man behind signing off on the Championship Change. With the belt now being defended under Submission Match rules, which man will tap out first?
Champion VS Champion. A Grudge Match for the ages. Pure personified ratings... Canadian X is thrilled to have been able to book Justin Brooks and Drew Stevenson in this grudge match. Can the most dominant wrestler in Knoxville put a dent in the armour of the most notorious team in wrestling today? FIND OUT!
Scotty Addams moved on at C3 to become the number one contender for the Canadian X Heavyweight Championship. Brett Starr took to the extremes to secure that belt around his waist. Brett Starr is without a doubt one of the biggest and most popular/hated wrestler in this company and if he has anything to do with it, he will leave royalty as just that... Royalty. The Joker's Wild have other plans as they attempt to make their title hunt 3 for 3. Hate them or love them, this match could easily steal the show.
The highlight of the night and the reason for such a big event... The King of the Turnbuckle rumble takes place at the end of our show and what comes of it makes it worthy of being in that position. To start the rumble out, two men will be pitted against each other. Every five minutes, another man or woman will be entered into the rumble. The only way to be eliminated in this match is to go OVER the top rope and touch the ground. We will have our FIRST EVER King of the Turnbuckle winner when there is only one man or woman standing in that ring. That winner will have the honor of not only being the KotT Winner for 2014, but he or she will ALSO gain a Heavyweight Championship shot at International Incident in February. Allow me to proudly say that the international match will signify the beginning of the WORLD Heavyweight Championship era. Which means that the winner of this match may make just as must history in the company as say men such as Chris Madison, Brett starr and John Pariah. We are under Two weeks away as Royalty is upon us! Get ready for the true blue Canadian Action.
